Avocado Banana Chocolate Pudding

Delicious, smooth and creamy pudding.  Made with nutritious bananas and avocados.  Just a little cocoa powder makes this much healthier than regular chocolate pudding.  Plus it is really simple to make too.  Just a few ingredients are needed to make this healthy pudding:  avocados, banana, honey, coconut oil, and cocoa powder. Cauliflower is a nutritional powerhouse that is low in fat and carbohydrates but high in fiber.  It has also been shown in studies to prevent certain types of cancer. Peanut Butter and Banana Oats

 This is another overnight oats recipe that is very filling and makes a great healthy way to start the day off right.  I have recently started using chia seeds and trying out many different recipes.  This is a combination of couple different recipes that I came across and put together.  My kids liked this one alot too.
